.   Early Checkin Charge: From 7 am, 30%. Late Checkout Charge: Upto 5 pm, 30%. upto 10 pm, 50%

.  Advance booking is advised 3/4 weeks prior to the occupancy for confirmation.

.   Cancellation Charges will apply as follows:

.   iii.100% if notified less than 72 hours before date of stay.
